The program is designed for those looking to improve their overall fitness level. Sessions are developed to allow those training at any stage of fitness development to get better and more fit.
Classes are 45 minutes in length and are structured to have a warmup, work and cooldown phase. You will get to move, punch, lift and get stronger using our in house equipment. You will have the opportunity to be coached throughout the entire session. You can be new to the world of exercise or a veteran.
